Many dentists will tell you that they are pain free or that they cater to cowards. That they have superior service compared to the other guy. Well let’s face it there is no such thing as pain free dentistry. But this is as close as it gets! I have been a client of Hughes Dental Group for over 10 Years now and I have received nothing but honest and superior service. The staff is caring and professional they are without a doubt the best at what they do. You will not find a better Staff in the Fort Wayne area.
This dentist office is awesome. The staff took extremely good care of my grandson today. Stacy did a wonderful job of explaining to him what she was going to do while cleaning his teeth. Dr. Hughes is a really good dentist and shows respect to his patients.
The staff is very friendly and they do a good job making the clients comfortable. However, months ago I had gone for a couple fillings and was not happy when I left. They did not fill in one of my teeth completely and I could immediately feel a small hole in the filling. The tooth is now very sensitive to cold and I try not to chew on that side of my mouth because sometimes I will get a shooting pain if any food gets into the small hole. They also shaved between two of my teeth and now whenever I floss those teeth, the floss catches and gets ripped up because the sides of the teeth are jagged. I have attached a picture of the tooth with a hole left in the filling. The picture was taken the same day as the filling.
My entire family goes to Hughes Dental Group and we love it. The staff are great and I have never waited past my scheduled appointment time. Would recommend them to anyone (and have)!
Wonderful place! Front staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Hughes is very informative. Makes going to the dentist a calm experience.
