A nice guy to talk to. Business practices are questionable. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and say that Allstate would be good choice for insurance.
Horrible customer service! I called to cancel my policy and his assistant asked me to call back without taking my name or number. I tried again several times and emailed with no response. After a week, I spoke to someone at Allstate's company number and they terminated my policy for me since he is incompetent at handling customers.
Friendly customer service with complete knowledge of business. Quotes were processed quickly, as I was on the phone for only ten minutes. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
