Awesome experience. Our AC went out on a Tuesday night and they were out here by 11:00am Wednesday morning. AC was back up and running by 1:00pm. They didn't try to overcharge me at all and our unit has been working perfectly for the past 2 weeks. Will use them again in a heartbeat if anything happens in the future.
